Job Description

This role is responsible for setting up at least 8-10 new qualified appointments per month, providing weekly status reports on progress to management, and sending daily emails to US-based prospects. The successful candidate will also be responsible for scheduling face-to-face meetings for conferences and planned travel, as requested by the Client Partner.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal, and present well in conversation, both in person and over the phone. Experience calling MSP prospects and direct hiring managers is essential, as is the ability to convince prospects to schedule meetings.

This role requires strong persuasive skills, exceptional organizational and follow-up skills, and the ability to effectively communicate with Maxonic Executive Leadership and within the client environment. A self-starter who works well independently as well as in a collaborative environment is required, as is a passion for documenting progress in Salesforce or other CRM medium.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Recent graduate with a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Presents well in conversation, both in person and over the phone.
  • Experience calling MSP prospects and direct hiring managers.
