Salesforce Lead

The Salesforce Senior Technical Lead will be responsible for designing, implementing, and
overseeing the migration of our CRM and related systems from Salesforce. This role requires
deep technical expertise in Salesforce Sales Cloud, strong problem-solving skills, and the
ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless transition.
The ideal candidate should have 8-10 years of experience in Salesforce development,
architecture, and migration projects, with a strong understanding of Sales Cloud
functionalities, Apex programming, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce
integrations.
Key Responsibilities
● Design scalable, high-performance Salesforce Sales Cloud solutions aligned with
business needs.
● Define data models, security models, and system architecture.
● Ensure best practices, coding standards, and design patterns are followed.
● Review technical designs and provide guidance to developers.
● Define and manage role hierarchies, sharing rules, and field-level security.
● Ensure data integrity, deduplication, and cleansing strategies.
● Conduct demos, training, and user adoption sessions.
● Create detailed documentation of the architecture, migration plans, and processes.
Must-have Skills
● Sales Cloud Expertise – Deep understanding of Sales Cloud features (Leads,
Opportunities, Accounts, Contacts, Forecasting, CPQ, etc.).
● Apex Programming – Writing efficient, scalable Apex code for triggers, controllers,
batch jobs, and integrations.
● Lightning Web Components (LWC) & Aura Components – Custom UI development
for modern Salesforce applications.
● Visualforce & Classic Customization – Knowledge of legacy UI customization.
● SOQL & SOSL – Querying Salesforce data efficiently.
● Salesforce APIs (REST, SOAP, Bulk, Streaming) – Integration with external systems.
● Salesforce Flows & Process Automation – Advanced automation skills using Flow,
Process Builder, and Approval Processes.
● Salesforce Data Modeling – Strong understanding of objects, relationships, and data
security.
● Security & Compliance – Role hierarchies, sharing rules, field-level security, Shield (if
required).
● DevOps & CI/CD – Experience with Salesforce DevOps tools (Gearset, Copado,
Jenkins, SFDX).
● Salesforce Integrations – Experience with MuleSoft, ETL tools, middleware, and third-
party integrations.
● Reporting & Dashboards – Expertise in building insightful reports and dashboards.
Good-to-have Skills
● Experience in developing custom integration solutions using middleware
platforms like MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, or Informatica.
● Knowledge of compliance standards such as GDPR, HIPAA, and SOX and their
implications for data migration and integration.
● Knowledge of industry best practices for system integration, including security
considerations, error handling, and data synchronization.
Certifications (Preferred)
● Salesforce Certified Sales Cloud Consultant
● Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA) or Application/System Architect
● Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I & II
● Salesforce Certified JavaScript Developer (for LWC expertise)
● Salesforce Certified CPQ Specialist (if working with CPQ)
