Job Title: Administrative Operations Manager

Mathisys specializes in high-frequency trading (HFT) strategies for various asset classes globally.

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented professional to manage day-to-day administrative functions and operations. Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruit and onboard employees, maintain employee records, handle employee queries regarding HR policies and benefits.
  • Organize employee engagement activities, manage leave and attendance, oversee general office operations.
  • Manage office supplies, inventory, and vendor relationships, ensure a clean, safe, and well-organized office environment.
  • Coordinate with IT services for employee equipment and systems, arrange travel logistics for staff when required.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management or relevant field, 0-1 year of experience required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to handle confidential information discreetly.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, proactive and detail-oriented approach.

As the successful candidate, you will be responsible for overseeing all administrative tasks, ensuring smooth office operations, and providing excellent support to colleagues.
