Job Opportunity: Network Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Network Support Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in network systems, including Fortinet, Aruba, Cisco, and SonicWall technologies.

About the Role

  • Provide expert-level technical support for clients, addressing complex network issues, including network configurations, performance optimization, and troubleshooting connectivity problems.
  • Collaborate with team members to resolve advanced network-related issues.
  • Create and maintain detailed records of client interactions, network issues, and resolutions in our ticketing system.
  • Identify and create detailed knowledge base articles and run books to provide guidance to lower-level analysts.
  • Identify potential network issues and recommend improvements to clients' network environments.
  • Utilize advanced network troubleshooting skills to detect potential issues and propose enhancements for clients' network systems.
  • Lead and participate in network projects, including network upgrades, configurations, and performance enhancements.
  • Demonstrate a deep understanding of root cause analysis and implement effective solutions to complex technical network challenges.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience providing end user and infrastructure technical support.
  • A degree in IT or related fields, or equivalent experience. Advanced certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert, Cisco Certified Network Professional) are a plus.
  • Proficiency in managing and troubleshooting network systems with experience in Fortinet, Aruba, Cisco, and SonicWall technologies.
