Service Management Role

We are seeking a skilled Service Manager to lead our team in providing top-notch service and support to our clients.

The ideal candidate will have experience in managing teams, ensuring timely resolution of customer complaints, and planning and monitoring maintenance activities. They will also be responsible for coordinating with customers, fleet owners, and OEMs to ensure seamless service delivery.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and lead a team of service technicians to ensure efficient and effective service delivery
  • Ensure timely resolution of customer complaints and service requests
  • Plan and monitor preventive and breakdown maintenance activities to minimize downtime
  • Coordinate with customers, fleet owners, and OEMs to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Drive customer satisfaction through effective service delivery and communication
  • Ensure adherence to company policies, safety norms, and quality standards
  • Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Qualification: Diploma/B.E. (Mechanical/Electrical preferred)
  • Experience: Any (Freshers with strong technical skills can apply; prior experience in Engine Service/Industrial Machine Servicing preferred)
  • Languages: English, Hindi, and Gujarati
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
