We are seeking a seasoned IT Service Delivery professional to lead our project delivery team.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing complex projects and delivering results on time, within scope.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Planning and Execution: Develop detailed project plans, monitor progress, and report status to stakeholders.
  • Quality Assurance: Support and promote quality assurance goals for projects, participating in all release management cycles.
  • Agile Methodologies: Coach project teams in Agile/Scrum methodologies and project management processes.
  • Change Management: Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate tools and techniques.
  • Performance Measurement: Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques.
  • Stakeholder Management: Manage relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Risk Management: Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills (written & verbal).
  • Organizational Skills: Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills.
  • Agile Methodologies: Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies, Project Management, Software Development Life Cycle, Software Quality Assurance methodologies.
  • Experience: 15 years of experience in project management.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in an appropriate field of study or Proven working experience in project management.
