Job Description: As a seasoned professional, you will play a pivotal role in managing key brand relationships and overseeing campaign execution. You will collaborate with creative and strategy teams to ensure seamless delivery across multiple verticals. Your expertise will be instrumental in driving growth, building trust, and ensuring the success of our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to meet client objectives
  • Manage relationships with senior clients across various industries
  • Oversee end-to-end campaign delivery, from briefing and creative development to production and reporting
  • Collaborate with internal divisions to deliver integrated solutions
  • Proactively identify opportunities for business growth and new campaign ideas
  • Mentor and guide junior account executives and managers on day-to-day servicing
  • Ensure client satisfaction through clear communication, timely delivery, and proactive problem-solving
  • Stay on top of industry trends, competitor moves, and cultural shifts to keep clients future-ready

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 4–8 years of experience in account management or client servicing
  • Strong understanding of integrated marketing workflows
  • Proven ability to manage large accounts, multiple stakeholders, and complex campaign timelines
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Commercial acumen with experience in managing budgets and forecasting
  • A solutions-first mindset with strong problem-solving and relationship-building skills
  • Leadership skills with the ability to manage, motivate, and grow junior account teams
