Business Development Manager Position

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to lead our sales efforts in the automotive industry. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in new business acquisition, team management, and strategic planning.

About the Role

The Business Development Manager will be responsible for driving growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with key clients, and developing strategies to increase revenue.

  • New Business Acquisition: Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the automotive industry, focusing on passenger car, two-wheeler, and truck segments.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve organizational growth plans, including preparation and review of sales offers, commercials, and related calculations.
  • Team Management: Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to drive business growth and achieve sales targets.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Strong Communication Skills: Excellent communication and presentation skills to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Strategic Planning: Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth.
  • Industry Experience: Minimum 10 years of experience in the automotive industry, with a strong understanding of the sector's dynamics.
