Drive Sales Growth in Your Territory

As a territory manager, your primary mission is to drive sales growth by promoting and selling innovative medical products to clinicians and surgeons across the healthcare value chain.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Achieve monthly sales figures through effective grassroots sales techniques and relationship-building with customers.
  • Reach focus product targets on a monthly basis.
  • Maintain and develop strong relationships with key opinion leaders in coordination with our marketing team.
  • Closely work with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues.
  • Participate in industry events to generate leads and expand business opportunities.
  • Support tender management and collaborate with distributors for logistics support.
  • Monitor market-share and competition activities to maintain market leadership.
  • Develop branding strategies to enhance KARL STORZ's top-of-mind recall among target customers.
Your Requirements:
  • Any graduate degree, preferably with a science background (B.Sc., B Pharma, Biotech, Life Sciences, Bio-Med Engineers).
  • 5-6 years of experience in sales, preferably in medical device companies.
  • Strong business acumen, customer orientation, and relationship management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple internal and external stakeholders.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the defined area/territory.
