Senior Enterprise Sales Executive

The primary goal is to sell software solutions to large accounts with substantial desktops or cloud workloads.

  • Three years of sales experience in Networking, Security, Servers-Storage-Backup, and Cloud are essential.
  • A strong understanding of the IT Solutions buying process in enterprise accounts and the decision-making individuals involved is necessary.
  • Skillful solution sellers can drive professional advancement through good communication skills, including vernacular language.
  • Maintaining an accurate grasp of sales funnel stages, prospects, suspects, and required sales actions is vital.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Strategy Development: Create a comprehensive sales strategy tailored to each account's unique needs and requirements.
  • Candidate Sourcing: Identify top talent with relevant experience and expertise in networking, security, servers-storage-backup, and cloud solutions.
  • Training and Onboarding: Develop and implement effective training programs to ensure seamless onboarding of new team members.
  • Performance Monitoring: Regularly assess and evaluate team performance, providing constructive feedback for improvement.

Requirements:

  • Professional Experience: A minimum of three years in sales, preferably in the fields of Networking, Security, Servers-Storage-Backup, and Cloud.
  • Industry Knowledge: In-depth understanding of the IT Solutions buying process in enterprise accounts and the decision-making individuals involved.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and oral communication skills, including proficiency in vernacular language.
  • Technical Expertise: Strong technical knowledge of software solutions, particularly in areas related to networking, security, servers-storage-backup, and cloud computing.
