Position: Customer Support Specialist
We're looking for a skilled Customer Support Specialist to join our team. As the first point of contact, you'll play a vital role in resolving issues, building trust, and contributing to our customers' success. Your exceptional communication skills and ability to think critically will be invaluable assets to our team.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide outstanding support via email, phone, and live chat.
- Troubleshoot and resolve product-related queries with precision and empathy.
- Log and escalate critical customer issues when required.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Continuously improve customer service processes and suggest actionable insights.
- Assist customers in optimizing their e-commerce businesses using Helixo apps.
- Contribute feedback to help improve our products and services.
Requirements:
- 1-2 years in customer support, preferably in tech or e-commerce industries.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a customer-first mindset.
- A proactive problem-solver who can think critically and act efficiently.
- Tech-savvy with a good grasp of e-commerce platforms (Shopify experience is a plus).
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
