Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious Partnership Manager to join our Partnerships & Alliances team.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute impactful marketing campaigns in collaboration with tourism boards, attractions, airlines, and lifestyle brands.
  • Create persuasive proposals (Google Slides/PowerPoint/Canva) to effectively communicate value propositions and ROI.
  • Analyze destination trends, competitor activities, seasonal patterns, and emerging tools to generate actionable insights.
  • Manage campaign tracking (UTMs, dashboards), analyze results, and prepare performance reports.
  • Maintain professional communication with internal teams (content, design, paid marketing, CRM) and external partners.
  • Utilize AI and digital tools (GA4, Looker, Similarweb, HubSpot, Google Ads) to optimize research, workflows, and reporting.

Success Metrics:

  • Launch 2–3 live partner campaigns with measurable KPIs.
  • Establish a reusable library of proposals and case studies.
