Key Role in Order Management

We are seeking an exceptional Order Management professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing orders, with expertise in contract management, customer data, billing, and invoicing.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth transitions of work, delivering on service level agreements (SLAs), and building strong relationships with clients and team members.

In this role, you will also be responsible for implementing process improvements, driving operational efficiency, and ensuring financial commitments are met.

To be successful in this role, you will need excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, as well as the ability to establish trust with clients and build strong teams.

Requirements
  • Graduate degree from any stream
  • Relevant experience in order management with a focus on B2B clients in the office equipment, consumer electronics, and imaging industries
  • Proven track record of leading teams of 30+ FTEs in an outsourced environment
  • Excellent communication and client handling skills
