Job Title

About the Role:
  • The successful candidate will oversee key areas including Deductions Management, Contract Management, and Order Management teams.
  • They will be responsible for ensuring compliance with established policies and procedures, as outlined in SOPs and other relevant process documents.
  • A critical aspect of this role is supporting month-end close activities, providing timely insights, and identifying areas for improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Lead cross-functional teams to deliver strategic objectives and drive business results.
  2. Develop and implement process improvements to increase productivity, reduce costs, and enhance quality.
  3. Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including senior management, team members, and external partners.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field (e.g., Business Administration, Operations Management).
  • Proven experience in team leadership, preferably in Order-to-Cash functions.
  • Demonstrated expertise in managing large-scale projects, driving process transformations, and implementing automation initiatives.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
