Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled professional to manage and configure our telecom order management system. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with order provisioning, catalog management, and workflow automation.

Main Responsibilities:

• Manage and configure order management modules

• Support implementation and optimization of order management workflows

• Ensure smooth integration of catalog items and services into the order management system

• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to order provisioning and catalog updates

Required Skills:

• 2-3 years of experience with telecom order management systems

• Strong understanding of telecom order provisioning, catalog management, and workflow automation

• Experience with system configuration and troubleshooting in a telecom environment

Bonus Points:

• Familiarity with other telecom systems and integrations

• Experience in telecom BSS/OSS domains
