Project Coordination Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Project Coordination Specialist to join our team.
Job Description:- Review and validate drawings received from clients to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Determine project scope of work from drawings, including tonnage, diameter, and square meters.
- Analyze Material Take-Off (MTO) for the project scope of work from drawings and materials received at the site.
- Develop and implement project plans and schedules on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
- Evaluate Inspection Test Plans (ITP) and adhere to requirements.
- Promote procurement of MTO by preparing purchase requisitions.
- Analyze vendor proposals received for specifications and quantity.
- Maintain Materials Control Charts and reconcile free-issue materials provided by clients.
- Manage site resources and tools/equipment effectively.
- At least 3-5 years of experience in a similar role.
- A Diploma or degree in Mechanical Engineering from a reputable institution.
- Piping Engineering and Design Diploma is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel.
- Familiarity with AutoCAD software.
- ASNT Level II qualifications in RT/UT/MPI and LPT.
