We are seeking a highly skilled Project Coordinator and Operations Specialist to join our team in Bangalore. As an ideal candidate, you will have foundational experience in project coordination, Agile practices, and client communication, with a desire to grow your career in operations management.

The successful candidate will assist in planning, execution, and monitoring of projects, ensuring deliverables are met within scope, time, and quality standards. They will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of tasks and project milestones.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Assisting in the planning and coordinating of project activities to ensure alignment with business goals.
  • Facilitating and documenting meetings, stand-ups, and client discussions.
  • Maintaining accurate project documentation, including meeting minutes, reports, and schedules.
  • Supporting project managers in tracking progress, identifying risks, and implementing mitigation plans.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology / Computer Science / Engineering or related field.
  • 6 months – 1 year of experience as a Project Coordinator/Associate/Intern in IT, e-learning, or related domains.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies, Scrum practices, and project management tools (Confluence, Jira, MS Office).
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage time effectively, multitask, and work in a team-oriented environment.
