Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Project Coordinator Specialist to join our team. As a key member, you will play a crucial role in the implementation of complex projects with national or international partners.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with customers and project participants to ensure project goals are achieved
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, man-hour budgets, and monitor progress
  • Analyze and evaluate current project status against the baseline schedule
  • Develop integrated role, resource-loaded baseline schedule, and current schedule for better forecasting
  • Report Man-Hours Actuals, Demand, Forecast data to appropriate project management
  • Evaluate actual project position, compare it with the desired state, and take corrective actions if required
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering (preferably electrical or electronic)
  • 6-8 years of professional work experience in Project Planning and Scheduling
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in the Railway Domain, specifically on Signalling, Electrification, Rolling Stock
  • Proficient in Primavera P6, PPM, EPPM, and average proficiency in Microsoft Project, Project Online, and Power BI
  • Strong communication skills in written and verbal English
