Project Coordination Specialist

  • About the Role:
  • • We are seeking an experienced Project Coordinator to join our team and oversee the successful delivery of large-scale construction projects.
  • • The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project planning, scheduling, coordination, procurement & contract administration.
  • • Responsibilities include coordinating between cost, time, and quality teams, providing inputs to the contract administration team, and managing contractor billing and rate negotiation.
  • • You will also be responsible for producing MIS reports at frequent intervals, setting baselines, schedules, plans, and reporting on project progress.
  • • Additionally, you will need to familiarize yourself with contracts, estimate time and resource requirements, and coordinate with PM/procurement/SM for emergency site procurements.
  • • A key aspect of this role is to prepare site organization charts and plan resources according to approved site organization charts.
  • • If selected, you will be expected to implement fast-track planning in every stage of the project.

Requirements:

  • Education: B.E-Civil
  • Experience: 25 years of experience in project planning, scheduling, coordination, procurement & contract administration, architecture, and design.
  • Industry Background: Real estate, high-rise buildings, big hotels, resorts, hospitals, commercial buildings, and big infrastructure projects.
