Overview

Job Description:">

We are seeking a seasoned Business Analytics expert to lead our Liabilities strategy. This role will play a pivotal part in identifying and prioritizing business problems that can be addressed through data-driven insights.

Identifying Opportunities
  • Drive incremental cross-sell and deepening opportunities within the existing customer base of our retail bank
  • Promote relationship value growth, revenue per customer, primary banker penetration, and cross-sell ratio enhancement
Building the Analytics Engine
  • Lead a team of business analysts proficient in SQL/SAS &/or R/Python
  • Unlock valuable insights from customer demographic data, banking transactions, and product usage
Guiding Data Science
  • Collaborate with data scientists to develop propensity models or advanced ML/DL solutions
Business Understanding and Stakeholder Management
  • Develop a profound understanding of liabilities/RM managed customer segments
  • Drive analytics solution implementation jointly with business stakeholders
Strong Analytical Skills
  • Expertise in utilizing statistical tools SAS/R/Python
  • Able to distill business insights from complex data sets
