Job Overview:

We are seeking a results-driven Sales Manager to lead our IT services and staffing efforts.

This is an exceptional opportunity for a seasoned sales professional to drive new business acquisition, build strong relationships with clients, and contribute to the growth of our organization.

  • Develop and execute strategic plans to acquire new enterprise and mid-market clients.
  • Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline through prospecting, networking, and market research.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closure, ensuring timely and successful service execution.
  2. Collaborate closely with internal delivery teams to deliver exceptional client experiences.
  3. Achieve and exceed quarterly and annual sales revenue targets, driving business growth and success.
Requirements:
  • At least 8 years of experience in sales for IT staffing, consulting, or IT services projects.
  • Proven track record of success in client acquisition and account management, with a strong network of decision-makers in the IT industry.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
  • MBA/PGDM in Sales/Marketing (a plus but not mandatory).
  • Familiarity with MSP/VMS models, SOW-based projects, or offshore delivery models.
