Job Description:

As a key member of our organization, you will lead the end-to-end human resources operations including recruitment, employee relations and performance management. You will drive training and development programs to enhance employee skills and growth while ensuring strict compliance with labour laws and statutory regulations.

Our ideal candidate will have a strong background in Labour Laws and Human Resource Management and possess excellent organizational, multitasking and interpersonal skills. They will be able to work collaboratively with leadership and cross-functional teams and have experience in handling compliance matters.

  • Develop and implement HR strategies that align with organizational goals
  • Lead recruitment efforts and ensure timely hiring of high-quality candidates
  • Manage employee relations and resolve conflicts in a fair and transparent manner
  • Design and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge
  • Ensure compliance with labour laws and statutory regulations
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in HR and Labour Law compliance
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment, employee relations and performance management
  • Expertise in training & development and handling compliance matters
  • Excellent organizational, multitasking and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with leadership and cross-functional teams
