Chief Human Resources Officer

We are seeking a seasoned Human Resources professional to manage our HR operations, payroll, and compliance in the Asia Pacific region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage HR systems from hire to retire data management, identifying opportunities for process improvement and efficiency.
- Oversee accurate and timely payroll processing, including salaries, wages, deductions, and benefits for Asia Pacific countries, coordinating with vendors as needed.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable payroll laws and regulations, including tax regulations and labour laws.
- Coordinate audits by providing records and documentation to auditors.
- Proactively ensure optimal resource utilization to support business-as-usual and global HR projects.
- Address employee payroll queries and issues promptly and accurately.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources or related field.
- 15-20 years of experience in HR, with a focus on operations, payroll, and compliance.
- Proficiency in HRM systems such as Workday/Oracle.
- Strong organizational skills, ability to work under pressure, and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
- Effective collaboration skills and ability to influence stakeholders and vendors.
