Job Description

A senior-level HR professional responsible for driving business success through strategic human resource development.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement HR initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy to drive growth, enhance productivity, and improve employee engagement.
  2. Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues in a timely and effective manner.
  3. Manage the recruitment and selection process to attract top talent and build a diverse workforce.
  4. Support current and future business needs through human capital development, engagement, motivation, and preservation to achieve organizational goals.
  5. Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization to ensure alignment and effectiveness.
  6. Nurture a positive working environment that fosters collaboration, innovation, and employee well-being.
  7. Oversee and manage performance appraisal systems that drive high performance, promote accountability, and provide opportunities for growth and development.
  8. Maintain pay plans and benefits programs that are competitive, equitable, and aligned with organizational goals.
  9. Assess training needs and apply and monitor training programs to enhance skills, knowledge, and competencies.
  10. Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics, analytics, and insights to inform strategic business decisions.
  11. Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management to minimize risks and maximize returns.
