Senior Human Resource Strategist

We are looking for an accomplished professional to lead all aspects of human resources practices and processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop, implement and monitor HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business objectives
  • Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues
  • Manage the recruitment and selection process to identify top talent
  • Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital
  • Develop and oversee overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organisation
  • Nurture a positive working environment that fosters productivity and collaboration
  • Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance and employee satisfaction
  • Maintain pay plan and benefits program, ensuring alignment with industry standards
  • Assess training needs and develop effective training programs to enhance employee skills
  • Report to senior management and provide decision support through HR metrics and data analysis
Requirements & Skills:
  • Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role, with a strong track record of success
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build strong relationships at all levels
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions
  • Demonstrable experience with HR systems and databases, including reporting and analytics tools
  • Ability to architect and implement HR strategies that drive business results
  • Knowledge of labor law and HR best practices, with ability to ensure compliance
