Job Title: Human Resources Partner

Role Overview

The Human Resources Partner is responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies that align with the school's mission and objectives.

  • Strategic Alignment: Collaborate with school leadership to develop HR initiatives that support the achievement of educational goals.
  • Talent Management: Oversee recruitment, talent development, performance management and succession planning to ensure the school has a qualified and engaged workforce.
  • Employee Relations: Provide guidance on employee issues, conduct investigations and promote a positive work environment.
  • Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure adherence to relevant labor laws and regulations.
  • Workforce Planning: Analyze data to identify future talent needs and develop plans to meet those needs.
  • Training and Development: Support the identification of training needs and partner with the Learning and Development team to implement programs.
  • Engagement Initiatives: Drive programs and initiatives that foster a highly motivated and engaged workforce.
  • HR Analytics: Use HR data and analytics to inform decision-making and provide recommendations to leadership.
