Job Title: Human Resource Operations Manager

The ideal candidate will own end-to-end talent acquisition, employee engagement, and people analytics for our organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies to source, screen, interview, and close top candidates.
  • Design and implement employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives to attract high-caliber talent.
  • Create and manage comprehensive onboarding, engagement, and retention programs.
  • Use data analytics to track key performance indicators, attrition, engagement scores, and workforce planning metrics.
  • Collaborate with managers to develop performance management, goal-setting, and career-pathing frameworks.
  • Drive learning and development initiatives and succession planning efforts.
Required Qualifications:
  • Minimum 5-7 years of progressive HR experience with a proven track record in talent acquisition and employee engagement.
  • Master's degree in Human Resources or equivalent is highly preferred.
  • Experience hiring technical roles and business functions is essential.
  • Excellent analytical skills and strong stakeholder management and communication skills are required.
