The role of a People and Culture Professional is to support the smooth running of the department, taking ownership of duties and tasks assigned, and ensuring all work is carried out in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supports the smooth running of the People and Culture Department.
  • Takes responsibility for the duties and tasks assigned to the role.
  • Collaborates with immediate reports to control costs and inventory, attain productivity and performance levels.
  • Builds and maintains effective working relationships while promoting company culture and values.

Requirements:

  • Educational Qualification: BBA or MBA in Human Resources vertical.
  • Hands-on approach with a can-do work style.
  • Commitment to delivering exceptional guest service with a passion for the hospitality industry.
  • Ability to find creative solutions and take ownership for duties and tasks assigned.
  • Personal integrity with the ability to work in an environment that demands excellence.
  • Experience of working with IT systems on various platforms.
  • Strong communication skills.
