Key Responsibilities:

  • Align HR practices with operational needs, ensuring consistent implementation of HR policies and processes.
  • Coordinate onboarding programs for new hires, ensuring effective integration into the organization.
  • Act as the first point of contact for employee queries, concerns, and grievances; resolve issues in a timely and compliant manner.
  • Assist managers with performance management, including feedback, goal setting, and development plans.
  • Monitor key people metrics, such as attrition, engagement, and productivity, using data insights.
  • Contribute to employee engagement initiatives, promoting a collaborative and inclusive workplace culture.
  • Support organizational change efforts, ensuring seamless communication and employee alignment during transitions.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

  • A minimum of 3-7 years of experience in generalist or HRBP support roles, with exposure to core HR operations and employee lifecycle management.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field from a reputable institution.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in HRMS tools, Excel, and reporting dashboards is preferred.
