Job Opportunity: HR Business Partner
We are looking for a skilled and experienced HR professional to join our team as an HR Business Partner. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HR operations and employee lifecycle management, with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport across levels.
This is a key role that will involve supporting business teams by executing core HR processes, ensuring smooth operations, and contributing to a positive work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Align HR practices with operational needs, ensuring consistent implementation of HR policies and processes.
- Coordinate onboarding programs for new hires, ensuring effective integration into the organization.
- Act as the first point of contact for employee queries, concerns, and grievances; resolve issues in a timely and compliant manner.
- Assist managers with performance management, including feedback, goal setting, and development plans.
- Monitor key people metrics, such as attrition, engagement, and productivity, using data insights.
- Contribute to employee engagement initiatives, promoting a collaborative and inclusive workplace culture.
- Support organizational change efforts, ensuring seamless communication and employee alignment during transitions.
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- A minimum of 3-7 years of experience in generalist or HRBP support roles, with exposure to core HR operations and employee lifecycle management.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field from a reputable institution.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in HRMS tools, Excel, and reporting dashboards is preferred.
