Job Role: Human Resources Assistant

The successful candidate will provide administrative support to the HR Manager, encompassing various aspects of the human resources function. This includes participating in recruitment efforts, employee onboarding, and maintaining accurate records.

  • Collaborate with the HR Manager to source candidates through job boards and online platforms.
  • Screen resumes and applications to identify suitable candidates for interviews.
  • Coordinate interview schedules and ensure a seamless experience for all parties involved.
  • Assist in preparing orientation materials and facilitate new employee onboarding processes.
  • Support the HR Manager in maintaining up-to-date employee records and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures, aligning with organizational objectives.
  • Participate in organizing employee engagement activities and events, promoting a positive work environment.
  • Support the HR Manager in performance management processes, including performance evaluations and feedback sessions.
  • Provide general administrative support, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for guests and employees alike.

Key Qualifications:

  • A degree in Human Resources or a related field is highly desirable.
  • Strong interest in human resources and its role within an organization.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with colleagues and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Strong organizational skills, with attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information discreetly.
  • Familiarity with job boards and online recruitment platforms is advantageous.
  • Knowledge of local languages, such as Telugu, may be beneficial but is not essential.
