Job Opportunity

A seasoned human resources professional is sought after to lead and manage the global HR function. The ideal candidate will drive strategic initiatives, mentor high-performing teams, and foster a culture of growth and innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor a lean PNC & TA team by setting clear KPIs, balancing workloads, and driving accountability;
  • Oversee global mobility and travel operations including visas, deputations, travel policy compliance, and budget control as well as end-to-end HR administration (payroll, statutory filings, onboarding/offboarding);
  • Own HR policy governance, audit readiness, and HR administration responsibilities including payroll, statutory filings, and onboarding/offboarding processes;
  • Champion employee experience by incorporating office amenities, wellness programs, pulse surveys, and rapid-response action plans;
  • Own culture-building strategy and execution—design targeted initiatives, workshops, and recognition programs to boost engagement and reduce attrition;
  • Embed organizational values through team-led workshops, leadership forums, and signature events;
  • Design and approve total-rewards framework: salary cycles, incentives, spot awards, and communications regarding employee stock options;
  • Prioritize and review Learning & Development: organizational university curriculum, certification tracking, and impact reporting;
  • Drive CSR strategy and employer branding in collaboration with Talent Acquisition on social media, campus outreach, and other promotional activities;
  • Own Talent Acquisition and HR governance: sourcing, screening, offers, talent acquisition metrics, complex escalations, HRIS data integrity, and HR-tech optimizations;

Requirements:

  • Post-Graduation / Master's in Human Resource Management from a recognized institution or university;
  • Around 15+ years of relevant experience in Human Resource Management, including at least 5 years in a managerial role;
  • Strong analytical skills to measure and analyze HR and people performance for data-driven decision-making;
  • Proficient in MS Office with working knowledge of HRIS systems such as SuccessFactors or Workday (preferred);
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to communicate, influence, and engage effectively at all organizational levels to drive results;
