This role is a key position at our organization, responsible for leading and managing all aspects of HR functions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR, with at least 10 years of experience preferably within the Gulf region.
Main Responsibilities:
- Recruitment and Talent Management: Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, including workforce planning, talent acquisition, onboarding, and retention strategies.
- Payroll and Attendance Administration: Oversee payroll administration and attendance management to ensure accuracy, compliance, and timeliness.
- HR Policy Development: Develop, implement, and update HR policies, job descriptions (JDs), Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and employee handbooks in line with company objectives and UAE labor laws.
- Performance Management and Growth: Manage performance appraisal systems to foster a culture of accountability, growth, and continuous improvement.
- Compliance and Employee Relations: Ensure compliance with all UAE statutory requirements, including labor laws, visa processing, gratuity settlements, and employee welfare regulations. Handle employee relations, grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution in a fair and consistent manner.
Requirements:
- Educational Background: MBA or Master's degree in Human Resources Management or related field.
- Work Experience: Minimum 10 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a managerial role. Prior HR experience in the Gulf region (UAE preferred) is highly desirable.
- Skills and Qualifications: Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and statutory compliances. Expertise in recruitment, payroll, attendance management, and HR operations. Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills. Ability to develop HR policies, procedures, SOPs, and performance appraisal frameworks. Proficiency in HRMS tools and MS Office Suite.
