Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our finance and advisory team as an Assistant Manager. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing and analyzing financial reports, ensuring tax compliance, and supporting project financing through detailed reports and financial models.

  • Financial Analysis: Prepare and analyze financial statements, management information reports, and key performance indicators.
  • Financial Planning: Develop financial plans and conduct ratio analysis to support decision-making and fundraising activities.
  • Project Management: Prepare Detailed Project Reports (DPRs), feasibility studies, and cash flow projections.
  • Taxation & Compliance: Manage Direct Tax, Goods and Services Tax (GST), and Tax Deducted at Source (TDS) compliance, including return filings, reconciliations, and assessments.
  • Audit Support: Coordinate with auditors for statutory, internal, and tax audits.
  • Corporate Finance: Assist in due diligence, valuations, and financial analysis for debt syndication and fundraising transactions.
  • Financial Strategy: Provide insights on cost optimization, working capital management, and financial planning.
