About the Role

You will join our team as a Business Finance expert, working closely with experienced finance professionals to solve complex challenges.

Key Responsibilities

  • Translate business strategy into financial targets and tactical plans
  • Provide relevant financial support to enable effective planning
  • Develop an evolving view on how to manage planning ambiguities
  • Adapt market or industry best practices for the organization
  • Reference external benchmarks to provide context for business performance
  • Demonstrate expert knowledge and financial models using simulation tools
  • Tackle intrinsically hard problems amidst significant ambiguity

Requirements

  • Minimum 4 years of Business Finance experience, Chartered Accountant or Post-Graduate in Finance
  • Strong analytical rigour and problem-solving skills
  • Experience of leading a team
  • Proven ability to form strong collaborations with stakeholders
