Job Title: Senior Finance Manager

We are seeking a senior finance manager to oversee day-to-day finance operations, ensuring accuracy and integrity of financial records, accounts, and reports.

The ideal candidate will have 5-7 years of experience in financial management, accounting, or auditing, with a strong focus on compliance and regulatory requirements. They should be able to manage and maintain up-to-date bookkeeping, compliance, and documentation aligned with statutory regulations.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Manage Financial Operations: Oversee the day-to-day finance operations, ensuring accuracy and integrity of financial records, accounts, and reports.
  • Lead Finance Team: Lead and mentor a small finance team, ensuring deliverables are accurate, timely, and aligned with organizational needs.
  • Support Leadership: Support leadership with financial reporting, analysis, and insights to aid decision-making and investor communications.
  • Track KPIs: Track and report financial and operational KPIs, ensuring visibility across functions.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams to align financial processes with business goals.
  • Statutory Compliance: Manage statutory compliance in India and support UK compliance in collaboration with external advisors.

Requirements for this role include:
