Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Business Operations Associate to join our team as a Cash Application Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient processing of cash applications, resolving customer queries, and maintaining accurate records.

Responsibilities
  • Process cash application functions to invoices at assigned sites, ensuring timely, accurate, and confidential completion of Daily Receipt Reconciliation.
  • Make collection calls to customers, email or fax invoices as needed, and coordinate with internal teams to resolve disputes and questions.
  • Identify and resolve unidentified cash and manage end-to-end cash application processes.
  • Reconcile orders to match customer books, validating credits or debits and sending them for collection or refund.
Requirements
  • Graduate in Commerce (B.Com)
  • Excellent English language skills (verbal and written)
  • Minimum experience in Accounts Receivable/Order to Cash
Estimated Salary Range

$40,000 - $60,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
