Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to support our research project as a Technical Support Specialist.

  • The successful candidate will assist the Principal Investigator and Co-Investigator in managing the mental health and behavioral science components of the study, ensuring effective implementation of the intervention.
Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate field activities in designated healthcare facilities, working closely with the Project Manager to ensure timely follow-up at Health and Wellness Centres (HWCs).
  • Train junior field staff on data collection and intervention protocols, and conduct tablet-based assessments and structured interviews.
  • Provide feedback to the Project Research Scientist regarding field challenges, data issues, and suggestions for improvement.
  • Conduct field interviews under the daily supervision of the Project Manager and Research Associate, reporting on progress and challenges during daily check-ins and weekly team meetings.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as psychology or public health.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a research setting.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
