About the Role

This is a managerial cum support position responsible for overseeing large numbers of subject matter experts and collaborating with other team members as per project requirements.

Years of Experience: 8 to 10

We are seeking a skilled professional to fill this role, which involves developing high-quality questions for assessments, creating content in multiple languages, and managing question banks.

  • Develop comprehensive and engaging questions for assessments.
  • Create educational content, including multiple-choice questions in English, Hindi, and other languages.
  • Manage and maintain question banks:
  • Design and structure question banks; establish quality standards for writing and reviewing items in respective domains.
  • Track inventory and maintain optimal levels of item availability in assigned non-STEM domains/subjects.
  • SME Management:
  • Define selection criteria and strategy.
  • Monitor SME performance quality.
  • Train and develop SME pools in different domains/subjects.
  • Closely coordinate with SMEs for all test development activities.
  • Design tests in subjects of expertise and collaborate with SMEs to finalize test designs in other domains/subjects.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to fulfill requirements for test items and question sets.
  • Support lead subject administrators in delivering projects and meeting organizational needs.
  • Analyze post-exam questions and provide reports to higher management.
Qualifications
  • Subject competency in school subjects up to the 12th level, as per NCERT syllabus.
  • Broader understanding of the country's education system and NCERT/CBSE/Boards.
  • Experience in the education sector related to assessment and evaluation - test designs/blueprints, question development.
  • Strong command over English, both written and spoken.
  • Good command over spoken Hindi.
