Job Opportunity: Subject Expert

This is a senior role in question development, where you will oversee the creation and management of high-quality questions for assessments. Your expertise will be utilized to design question banks that meet specific standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Developing test designs that cater to various domains and subjects
  • Collaborating with subject matter experts to ensure quality and relevance of questions
  • Managing inventory levels to maintain an optimal supply of assessment materials
  • Providing training and support to subject matter experts to enhance their skills and performance
  • Ensuring seamless coordination between teams to deliver projects on time
Requirements:
  • Expertise in school subjects up to 12th level (NCERT syllabus)
  • Excellent understanding of the country's education system and NCERT/CBSE/Boards
  • Experience in assessment and evaluation, including test designs and question development
  • Strong proficiency in English and Hindi
