The role of a software development lead involves overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of large-scale technology projects. As a seasoned professional in software development, you will be responsible for managing cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.

Qualifications:

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to think critically and make informed decisions under pressure.
