Key Leadership Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to lead our software development team, drive business-critical projects, and oversee daily activities to ensure all team objectives are met in line with KPIs and organizational goals.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage project requests, control the entire development lifecycle, including initial analysis, implementation, integration, testing, debugging, data validation, and support.
  • Draft reports on user requirements and new task requirements, and their impact on internal workflow.
  • Design modules by dividing user requirements into submodules, assigning submodules to software developers, and setting timeframes for task completion.
  • Evaluate project progress, ensure all aspects are completed as planned.
  • Manage user feedback, resolve bugs, handle client complaints, and administer company applications.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest software development technologies and methodologies.
  • Coach, guide, and provide regular feedback to the team for successful outcomes.
  • Serve as a liaison between the team, management, and business unit.

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in any field, preferably with a computer science or engineering background.
  • 4-6 years of experience.
  • Excellent knowledge of client-side development (Angular, React).
  • Excellent knowledge of web development (ASP.NET, MVC, C#).
  • Excellent knowledge of DB concepts and tools (Microsoft SQL server, NoSQL databases, PostgreSQL).
  • Excellent knowledge of .NET Framework (.NET, .NET Core).
  • Excellent knowledge of OOP (concepts, techniques, principles, analysis, and design).
  • Excellent knowledge of design patterns.
  • Excellent knowledge of data processing and handling various types and sizes of documents and media.
  • Excellent knowledge of ORM.
  • Experience with CI/CD is a plus.
  • Knowledge of video processing is a plus.
  • Experience with cloud computing is a plus.
  • Experience with WordPress is a plus.
