We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Web Development Manager to lead our team of developers and oversee full-cycle web development projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Architect, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using PHP frameworks (e.g., Laravel, CodeIgniter) and WordPress, ensuring high-quality code and efficient performance.">
  • Oversee end-to-end project execution from requirement gathering to delivery, ensuring quality, timeliness, and adherence to business goals.">
  • Collaborate with clients, designers, and other stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions, fostering strong relationships and effective communication.">
  • Implement best practices in coding, architecture, and project management, driving innovation and excellence in all aspects of web development.">
  • Conduct regular code reviews and performance evaluations for the development team, promoting continuous improvement and growth.">
  • Manage resources, timelines, and communication between internal teams and external clients, ensuring seamless project delivery and customer satisfaction.">
  • Utilize project management methodologies to track deliverables, manage risks, and drive efficiency, ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within budget.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 7 years of experience in web development with a strong focus on PHP and WordPress, demonstrating expertise and leadership skills.">
  • Proven experience in leading web development teams and managing complex projects, with a track record of success and achievement.">
  • PMP certification or equivalent project management qualification is highly preferred, indicating a commitment to professional development and excellence.">
  • Expertise in one or more PHP frameworks (Laravel, Symfony, CodeIgniter), with a deep understanding of WordPress (custom themes, plugins, multisite, etc.) and front-end technologies like HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript/jQuery.">
  • In-depth knowledge of version control tools (Git), deployment tools, and CI/CD pipelines, ensuring efficient and reliable software development processes.">
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members to achieve exceptional results.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience working in an agency or client-facing environment, with a strong understanding of hosting environments and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, etc.).
