BizOps and Product Strategy Lead

We are seeking a generalist to join our lean, high-performing team at Emergence Software, a rapidly growing Enterprise Software platform, backed by The Pritzker Organization. You'll act as the key operator on the ground, interfacing between leadership and the expanding Asia team, driving product, ops, and business decisions from day one. This is a foundational leadership hire offering substantial autonomy, growth, and the chance to build something from scratch.

What You'll Do:

At Emergence, BizOps is a strategic partner, not a back office function. You'll have end-to-end ownership of several high-impact areas, including:

• Shape and Scale New Products & Operations
• Set up, launch, and scale new business lines from the ground up, owning execution in fast-paced, ambiguous environments with minimal structure
• Build processes, optimize workflows, and drive operational excellence, directly influencing Emergence's evolution and competitive edge
• Drive Company-wide Impact Through Collaboration
• Work fluidly across product, engineering, operations, and executive teams, converting broad company vision into clear roadmaps and measurable results
• Act as a connector, breaking down silos and ensuring alignment across diverse teams toward shared goals
• Solve Mission-critical Problems
• Take initiative to identify and tackle operational, product, and people-related challenges, applying data-driven insights and creative thinking
• Approach each problem with a flexible, solutions-oriented attitude, there's always room to improve, and you'll have the autonomy to make it happen

• Step up as a thought partner and trusted advisor to C-level executives and business unit leaders

Who You Are:

• You hold a degree from a leading institution; an MBA or technical background is a strong plus.
• 3–5 years in BizOps, product strategy, management consulting at leading firms, or at high-growth tech companies (like Uber, Microsoft, Zomato, Revolut)
• You independently launch, scale, or optimize products, teams, or operations, thriving in "0→1" environments without established playbooks.
• You're adaptable, love wearing multiple hats, excel at context-switching, and perform your best amidst ambiguity. You spot bottlenecks quickly and get hands-on.
• You're skilled in analytics, can parse complex datasets, run sophisticated analyses, and turn insights into action
• You bring a bias for action, high accountability, and the drive to go above and beyond expectations
• You excel in English, both written and verbal, and are just as comfortable presenting to frontline teams as you are to senior executives
