Project Leadership Role

As a seasoned project leader, you will oversee the execution of IT service projects, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and driving success through effective team management.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Project Delivery: Lead teams in delivering IT service projects, ensuring timely completion, within scope, and aligned with business goals.
  • Servicing Excellence: Monitor and maintain contractual Service Level Agreements (SLA) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to guarantee exceptional customer experiences.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Foster strong relationships with customers, stakeholders, and team members, addressing project-related issues, updates, and escalations efficiently.
  • Operational Efficiency: Continuously monitor and improve service delivery metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.
  • Resource Optimization: Effectively manage and assign project-specific resources, ensuring optimal utilization and alignment with project objectives.
  • Risk Mitigation and Issue Resolution: Proactively identify and address potential risks, resolving issues promptly to minimize impact on projects.
  • Change and Transformation Management: Implement structured Change Control Processes to manage project scope changes, ensuring seamless execution.
  • Governance and Compliance: Establish and enforce governance frameworks for effective project delivery, adhering to regulatory requirements.
  • Financial Acumen: Ensure accurate billing processes, adhering to scheduled billing cycles, maintaining financial integrity.
  • Continuous Improvement: Gather feedback from project teams and clients to drive process enhancements, fostering a culture of continuous learning.

Required Expertise:

  • Degree in IT, Project Management, or related field.
  • Certifications: PMP, PRINCE2, ITIL, Agile certifications are required.
  • Experience:
  1. Minimum 8 years in Service delivery in EUC, Networking, and similar roles in IT Managed services.
  2. Proven experience in managing projectized environments, IT service delivery, and people leadership.
  3. Demonstrated success in leading and developing diverse teams.

Key Skills:

  • Expertise in project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
  • Proficiency in team management tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira, Microsoft Project).
  • Strong leadership, conflict resolution, and decision-making abilities.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

Work Environment:

  • Responsible for managing accounts with significant revenue growth.
  • Dedicated to leading project-based teams across multiple projects concurrently.
  • Occasional travel to customer or project sites may be required.
  • Flexibility to work outside regular hours to meet project milestones or address critical issues.
