Job Opportunity

The Senior Project Manager plays a pivotal role in driving organizational success by leading project initiatives across their region.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute project strategies that meet business objectives, ensuring timely and financially sound project delivery.
  2. Create long-term growth plans, driving performance excellence within their designated region.
  3. Establish robust governance systems, maintain financial discipline, manage project profitability, and implement effective project management practices.
  4. Achieve quality standards, enhance customer satisfaction, foster positive stakeholder relationships, and develop high-performing teams.
  5. Drive operational efficiency, ensure compliance, and contribute to industry leadership as a renowned expert in the wind energy sector.

Key Accountabilities:

  1. Responsible for project Profit & Loss (P&L), margin, and on-time delivery.
  2. Project Execution: Completion within budgeted cost, time, from Handover To Operation (HOTO) to Operations and Maintenance (OMS), and customer satisfaction.
  3. Contract management: Zero Loss and Deterioration (LD) and timely contractual communications.
  4. Design Review mechanism with vendors to ensure project deliveries meet contractual milestones.
  5. Implement and improve margin through cost optimization measures.
  6. Explore opportunities for additional revenue through additional scope, services, or claims.
  7. Manage all Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) risks through developers affecting project delivery.
  8. Customer Satisfaction: Maintain relations with customers at all levels.
  9. Inculcate Safety and Quality culture – Zero fatal accidents, First Time Right, and minimal Cost of Poor Quality (COPQ).
