Project Coordinator Role

This is a key position within our organization that requires strong project coordination skills and experience.

  • We are seeking an experienced Project Coordinator to join our team, responsible for coordinating cross-discipline teams to ensure all parties are on track with project requirements, deadlines, and schedules.
  • The successful candidate will be required to meet with project team members to identify and resolve issues, submit project deliverables, and ensure they adhere to quality standards.
  • An effective project communication plan will need to be established and executed by the Project Coordinator.
  • Change requests will also need to be facilitated, ensuring that all parties are informed of impacts on schedule and budget.
  • New opportunities with clients will need to be identified and developed by the Project Coordinator.
  • Customer acceptance of project deliverables will also be obtained, and customer satisfaction managed during the project transition period.
  • A post-project evaluation will be conducted, identifying successful and unsuccessful project elements.
  • The Project Coordinator will be responsible for preparing requirement documents, user flows, and validating test cases.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or master's degree in a related field.
  • 3+ years experience in project management in the Technology industry.
  • Ability to lead project teams of various sizes and see them through to completion.
  • Ability to manage clients and expectations.
  • Strong understanding of formal project management, agile methodologies, and stakeholder management.
  • Able to complete projects in a timely manner.
  • Strong communication and literacy skills.

Bonus Skills:

  • Basic understanding of coding, APIs, or cloud infrastructure to facilitate seamless communication with technical teams.
  • Mastery of Agile methodologies to quickly adapt to changing priorities and drive project execution efficiently in a dynamic environment.
