Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Project Director to lead the successful execution of projects from initiation through completion.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing timelines, resources, and stakeholder communication, ensuring that all project goals align with organizational objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Define Project Scope: Collaborate with stakeholders to establish project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business objectives.
  • Develop Full-Scale Project Plans: Create comprehensive project plans and associated communication documents.
  • Coordinate Resources: Manage internal resources and third-party vendors to ensure flawless project execution.
  • Manage Changes: Utilize verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs.
  • Risk Management: Identify and manage project risks and issues, creating mitigation and contingency plans.
  • Track Performance: Monitor project performance to analyze successful completion of short and long-term goals.
  • Communication: Provide regular status updates and project reports to stakeholders and senior management.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
  • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Asana, Jira, Trello).
  • Strong understanding of formal project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and time-management skills.
Preferred Skills:
  • Experience working in software development, construction, healthcare, or other industries.
  • Conflict resolution and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
