Job Title:

A Senior Project Coordinator is required to oversee and coordinate multiple projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement and enforce project management policies consistently across all projects.
  • Monitor project statuses meticulously, providing key insights to senior management for effective decision-making.
  • Ensure adherence to contractual obligations, including partnership agreements and statutory requirements.
Budget & Financial Management
  • Assist in developing project budgets in collaboration with teams.
  • Create and manage a comprehensive Budget Tracker for projects; promptly notify senior management of any cost overruns.
Customer Handling & Reporting
  • Internal: Compile detailed reports for senior management meetings, and generate progress updates highlighting key achievements and challenges.
  • External: Develop and maintain project schedules aligned with customer commitments; prepare detailed reports for customers showcasing project progress and future projections.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field. A Master's degree or certification is a plus.
  • Minimum 6-7 years of experience in program/project management.
  • Strong understanding of project governance and contract management.
  • Proven experience in budget management and financial forecasting.
