**Job Opportunity: Senior Architect/Project Lead**

Create Studio is a multidisciplinary firm with expertise in architecture, interior design, cinematography, photography, branding, UI/UX, and product design. About the Role

This full-time role for a Senior Architect/Project Lead is located in Bengaluru. The Project Lead will oversee projects from concept to completion, including project management, architectural design and detailing, and integration with other disciplines. Daily tasks include managing project timelines, coordinating with multidisciplinary teams, developing and refining architectural concepts and details.

  • Lead projects from concept through to completion.
  • Mentor and guide junior architects.
  • Coordinate with consultants, vendors, and contractors.
  • Oversee site execution and quality control.
  • Drive design research, detailing, and innovation.
  • Represent the firm in client meetings and presentations.
  • Contribute to studio growth through operational, marketing, and strategic inputs.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture with a passion for Interiors.
  • 6+ years of professional experience with proven project leadership.
  • Strong knowledge of construction, detailing, and material specifications.
  • Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
  • Proficiency in design/documentation software (AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, etc.).
  • A portfolio showcasing built work, reflecting a strong passion for design and excellence.
