Job Title: Senior Architect

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Architect to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading architectural design projects, collaborating with colleagues, and driving project outcomes.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in architecture, excellent design and presentation skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement architectural design strategies
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and within budget
  • Mentor junior architects and provide guidance on best practices
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in architecture, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with sustainable design practices
  • Proficiency in CAD, SketchUp, Revit, and BIM software
  • Strong understanding of building services and coordination
